All About Kombucha's Mulled Kombucha Cocktail
An immune-boosting favourite of the crew at All About Kombucha.

This delicious mocktail brings all the flavours of mulled spices and can be easily scaled up for a booze-free party serve. 

Mulled Kombucha Mocktail

Serves 1–2

Ingredients

1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 lemon slices
3 orange slices
1 cinnamon stick
4–5 cloves 
1 can All About Kombucha Organic Blueberry & Mint

To serve
Wedges of orange, star anise or fresh blueberries

Method

  1. Combine the brown sugar, lemon and orange slices, cinnamon and cloves in a small pan. Cover with water, bring to the boil and reduce to a low simmer for 20 minutes, covered.
  2. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool completely.
  3. Directly before serving, add a can of chilled Organic Blueberry & Mint kombucha. 
  4. Serve ladled into your choice of small mugs garnished with wedges of orange, champagne flutes for an elegant party serve or tall glasses filled with ice.
