Skincare Staples and Irish Whimsy: Inside Kinvara Skincare Founder Joanne Reilly's Moodboard
We caught up with Joanne to find out her recent reads, favourite designers, skincare staples and more.

Left: The Uwe scarf, €120, Stable of Ireland, Middle: Tory Hill House Farm, Right: Euthymol toothpaste, €3.95, Boots
When I need to recharge, I go to my friend’s family farm, Tory Hill House, in Limerick, where they sell their own raw dairy delicacies and have regular farm walks. It’s like stepping back in time into a Bord Fáilte advert for bucolic bliss with dogs, ducks, pigs and more.
Stable of Ireland is just that – a stable for Irish brands that celebrate Irish materials, culture and whimsy.
An oldie but goodie that I still love is Euthymol toothpaste. I like the distinctive taste and pink colour. All other toothpastes are meh in comparison.
Anyone who has seen me on our social media will know my hair is unruly with a life of its own, but Wella Shockwaves Curls & Waves Mousse 3, seems to tame it more predictably than most haircare products.

Left: Canasta trench coat in beige, €615, Weekend Max Mara, Middle: Walk for Peace, Right: 24-Hour Rosehip Face Serum, €36.95, Kinvara
A skincare staple is our own Kinvara 24-Hour Rosehip Face Serum. It keeps my skin in check, healthy, glowing and comfortable. Could not be without it.
A favourite follow online is the Walk for Peace Instagram page – I just stumbled onto the journey of this group of monks who walked from Texas to Washington DC; a 2,300 mile walk with no agenda but to help foster peace in the world.
I love the label Weekend Max Mara – wearable, investments that are somehow classic and modern.
I recently read and loved Buckeye by Patrick Ryan. The story depicts middle America spanning world wars and how a simple lie can have unforeseen consequences. Very readable.
