Lou Robbie and Siobhan Berry's New Business Makes Meal Prep Look Easy
A collection of meal prepping essentials, prepa was created to help people nail the art of planning and storing meals for the week. They've got everything from reusable food bags and storage containers to recipes and cookbooks, all designed to simplify time spent in the kitchen.

In their launch announcement, Robbie and Berry shared their motivation in helping people to balance busy home and work lives while hitting their health goals. They shared that it's not just about “foolproof, delicious recipes”, but changing the way people approach their kitchen and their cooking.
“The prepa method is a time-saving, stress-free way to cook and organise. We've designed smart, streamlined storage solutions that solve meal prep headaches once and for all (no more chaotic cooking or messy, unorganised fridges!).”
Both women are major foodies with a passion for helping families to lead healthy lifestyles. Galway based Lou Robbie is a chef, cookbook author and recipe creator who has amassed over one million followers thanks to her family-friendly recipes and accessible approach to cooking.
Roscommon native Siobhan Berry is an entrepreneur, author, and food educator whose baby-food recipes, accessories and advice have gained her a dedicated following from parents. She is certified in infant nutrition and has delivered classes on everything from baby weaning to efficient meal planning for businesspeople.

The women's combined background makes them a sound authority on food, nutrition and meal planning, so we reckon their "prepa method" (the system designed to be used with their storage containers) is pretty foolproof. Here's a summarised version of how they break it down on their website:
Prep
“It all starts with setting your intentions and getting organised. Prepping isn't about counting every calorie; it’s about choosing a focus for your nutrition. Spend just 15 minutes mapping out your meals and washing or chopping base ingredients to reduce food waste and eliminate that stressful, last-minute 'what's for dinner?' panic.”
Cook
“Cooking should feel like an act of care, not a stressful chore. The prepa method is all about maximising your time in the kitchen using smart shortcuts and efficient batch-cooking. Think about double portions, enjoy a fresh, delicious meal tonight, and save the rest for a busy day later in the week.”

Store
“The secret to a seamless grab-and-go routine lies entirely in how you store your food. Proper storage is about safety, preserving freshness, and creating effortless, healthy habits. By separating your ingredients into safe, airtight, and perfectly portioned containers or leakproof bags, you create an organised fridge that visualises your healthy choices.”
Repeat
“The final and most important step is turning this rhythm into a ritual. When you finish your week, you simply reset and repeat. Because the prepa method is built on flexible, realistic systems rather than strict rules, it quickly becomes an effortless habit. Week after week, this positive loop turns healthy eating from a conscious effort into your natural daily routine.”
