WIN! A Michelin-Star dinner for two at Aniar

Aniar, Galway's Michelin-starred restaurant on Dominick Street, turns 15 this year, and chef-patron JP McMahon is marking the occasion with a series of special menus revisiting the iconic dishes that have defined the restaurant since it opened in 2011.

Throughout June, Aniar's kitchen will revive signature dishes from across its 15-year history, reflecting the evolution of a restaurant built entirely around the produce, landscape and personality of the West of Ireland. These dishes will reflect both the evolution of the kitchen and the ideas that have shaped it, from visiting chefs through JP’s Chef Swap initiative to the producers he and his team have worked with over that time.
