Recipe: Rúibín's Port and Pear Cocktail
A seasonal beauty from Ruibín’s current menu.
Ruibín’s cocktails are a testament to Galway’s vibrant cultural mix, shaped by its student spirit and creative heart.
This Port and Pear Cocktail can be made individually and served shaken and strained into a coupe glass, as here, or can be batched in a jug (just multiple the ingredients tenfold) and served in a salt-rimmed rocks glass over ice. All the ingredients are available to buy either in Evergreen or McCambridges.
Ports & Pears Cocktail Recipe
