Witch Hunting


Witch Hunting by Compagnie par Terre and the Anne Nguyen Dance Company is one of Baboró artistic director Aislinn Ó’hEocha’s favourites.
“An explosion of dance”, it sees six dancers performing a beautiful, multicultural blend of movement, like mbolé from Cameroon, ndombolo from Congo, coupé-décalé from the Ivory Coast and more. With an original score and a powerful narrative, it’s one well worth seeing.
Best for: Kids over 10 years old.

Shorts for Wee Ones


For the real smallies in your life, a collection of seven short animated films from around the world will be showing at the Town Hall Theatre, six of which are dialogue free.
The films feature an adorable array of characters, from curious capybaras and mushrooms who know how to cook to affectionate crocodiles and a little girl who communicates through drawing. There’s some recurring themes throughout the very sweet stories, like friendship, inclusion and understanding.
Best for: Kids between 3 and 7 years old.

A Teen Odyssey
Designed for all generations (not just teens!) A Teen Odyssey is a celebration of adolescence and an exploration of identity, belonging, and inter generational relationships.
It’s totally immersive, with audience members transformed into active participants through their phones. Expect a visually striking and sonically rich experience, designed to be enjoyed alongside parents, grandparents, cousins, neighbours and friends.

The Fabulous Tale of BasarKus

If the little one in your life is fond of a bit of mischief, The Fabulous Tale of BasarKus will tickle them to no end.
A dazzling display of juggling and acrobatics, it follows a four headed creature that rolls about, plays guitar, and suddenly splits into two – learning from itself and discovering its identity, its body, and how to have fun as a twosome.
Best for: Kids over 4 years old.

Kafka's Doll


Award winning show Kafka’s Doll offers a glimpse into the imagination of one of literature's most influential figures.
With an ensemble cast, the show follows the story of Franz Kafka reigniting his faith in the human spirit after meeting a tearful little girl in a park. It's told through a series of letters and highlights the value of play, love and friendship.
Best for: Kids over 12 years old.
